Mindset: The Key to Growth and Success
Your mindset is your mentality—the commander of your decisions and actions. Every moment, we are making choices, whether consciously or not. Even choosing to do nothing is still a choice.
We decide whether to slow down or push forward, whether to do 10 push-ups instead of 50, and whether to make choices that build us up or break us down. Poor decisions, like drinking to the point of unconsciousness, come with consequences. Over time, I realized that the better my decisions, the better my results.
But success requires more than just making good choices—it requires faith. While we can't always control the outcome, we can visualize our goals, take intentional steps, and align our choices with the future we want. And here's something beautiful: even though we don’t control the results, we can trust that every effort shapes us into a stronger, wiser, and better version of ourselves—and that, in itself, is a success.
The Learning Mindset
Having dreams and purpose fuels our growth. Pursuing them forces us to learn, evolve, and challenge our limits (and being careful), both materially and spiritually. A learning mindset means taking time to reflect on each day:
What did I learn today?
What can I do better tomorrow?
If you can, write your reflections in a journal. If not, simply take a moment to think deeply, express gratitude, and commit to improvement. This habit strengthens a growth mindset, where real transformation happens through:
Taking action to become a better person
Working hard to break bad habits
Staying strong and resilient
Learning from experiences and people along the way

When we walk in alignment with God’s guidance, our steps feel lighter. Challenges still come, but we don’t feel lost or exhausted all the time. (Yes, there are moments when we feel tired and want to quit—but with God, we find the strength to keep going.)
Every book I read, every course or workshop I attend, every piece of good advice I follow—all of it helps me build a better version of myself. Mindset shapes who we are and keeps us on track. It allows us to correct our path when needed and stay committed to growth.
At its core, the right mindset is about dedication—to making the best decisions we can, having faith in the process, embracing change, and finding joy in learning.
Manifestation: The Power of Mindset and Coherence
Manifestation is deeply rooted in mindset and coherence. When you create plans for your future, you are essentially affirming that your life matters — that you care about yourself. Manifestation is not magic; it is the process of bringing thoughts into the material world. By aligning your dreams with consistent, coherent actions, things start to take shape.
Without a success-oriented mindset, it’s hard to move forward. Hopelessness breeds inaction. Motivation, on the other hand, is an inner power that propels you toward your dreams — but it’s not something handed to you. It must be found and reignited daily. Some experts can spark this inner force with powerful ideas, but their words are only impactful if the listener is intentionally engaged in self-improvement. Those who are disconnected from reality, feeling hopeless and far from truth, may struggle to receive such inspiration.
Even the simple act of getting up in the morning reflects a sense of purpose. If you were completely lost, you’d press "snooze" forever — frustrating those around you and sinking into a space filled with complaints and, ultimately, stagnation. This state is the opposite of creativity and intentional living. A purposeful life sees beauty in the everyday and finds joy in progress.
Achieving wellness requires coherence — aligning good habits, spiritual growth, discipline, and fun. It’s about balancing life seriously while leaving room for joy. When you bring all these elements together, you find the peace we all strive for.
The Book That Helped Me Overcome Anxiety (and Still Does Today)
If there’s one book that changed the way I deal with anxiety, it’s The Power of Now, by Eckhart Tolle. I read it more than six years ago, and I still practice many of the teachings I found in its pages. It doesn’t offer a magical fix — it teaches us to come back inward, to the now, where real life lives. And when we learn how to do that, anxiety starts to lose the power it once had over us.
The main idea of the book is simple but deep: our suffering comes from resisting the present moment. We stay stuck in what already happened (which we can’t change) or worry about what hasn’t happened yet (and may never happen). That disconnects us from ourselves, from our bodies, and from our peace. The author shows us that living in the now doesn’t mean ignoring our problems — it means facing them with a clear mind and steady heart. And that’s only possible when we’re present.
In my hardest moments — when my heart was racing and fear took over — I learned to gently ask myself: “Where am I right now? What is truly happening in this moment?” Coming back to the now helped me breathe, notice that I was safe, that I was alive, and that this too would pass. They’re small practices, but with enormous power.

Notes like “Only now exists” or “Breathe and return” can go on your mirror, fridge, or phone wallpaper.
